1. Use the ticket in Scout
- Read the full reward name. Confirm that it says SSR Make Debut Scout Race 2, rather than a selector, a trainee ticket, or another support ticket.
- Open Scout from the game’s navigation. Look through the available banners for the matching ticket scout. The discussion describes a separate banner; do not assume the currently featured carat banner uses this ticket.[1]
- Inspect that banner’s details. Check which ticket it consumes and which support cards are listed before confirming a draw.
- Only then use the ticket. A guaranteed SSR result does not let you choose a particular SSR.
2. Avoid three common mix-ups
| What you have | What to check | Do not assume |
|---|---|---|
| SSR Make Debut Scout Race 2 | The matching support-ticket banner in Scout. | That it is a free choice of any current SSR. |
| A support-card selector / exchange voucher | Its own eligible list and exchange route. | That it is the same reward as the random ticket. |
| Another Make Debut ticket | Exact rarity, trainee/support wording and Race number. | That similar artwork or a similar name means an identical pool. |
This table is an item-identification checklist, not a complete catalogue of all ticket pools. The in-game matching banner is the place to confirm the current eligible list.
3. Why a mission reward may feel “missing”
In the source discussion, SlayeRRROAR expected an additional selector after completing permanent missions. dumb_lasagna distinguished the Training the Trainer Part 3 random ticket from a separate celebration selector; the original poster then acknowledged the mix-up.[1]
Compare the reward name shown on your completed mission with the item you received. If they match, inspect the appropriate Scout banner before treating it as a delivery failure. If the names differ or the claimed item is absent, record the mission name, claim time and reward screenshot for official support.
4. What “Race 2” does not establish
Do not read the number as proof that the ticket contains only characters from the second year, or that every newly released SSR is included. This page does not publish an eligible-card list or pool cutoff date: we have not verified the complete list from the current in-game ticket banner.
Cannot find the banner?
First confirm the exact item name and that you are looking at the correct game server. If Scout itself will not load, use the connection-error check order before diagnosing a missing ticket. For an account-specific missing reward, use Cygames Global support ; this fan site cannot inspect an inventory.
